Many things can happen while you're away from your Arizona home. Violent weather & storms, termites, fallen trees, broken windows, routine electrical or plumbing issues.. the list goes on. Unless you have someone there to regularly check your home, a simple issue can compound into an expensive nightmare. Your home isn't just an investment; it's your personal space to relax and enjoy yourself. HomeCheck keeps it that way while you're gone.
We will work with you to develop a personalized comprehensive plan that suits you and your home's specific needs. Upon completion of each visit, we will email you a detailed report of our findings. Should anything occur that requires immediate attention, we will phone you to advise and take the requisite actions.

Each visit includes these standard services:
Complete walk-though of each room (including garage), noting any problems with walls, ceilings, floors, or windows
Check the refrigerator and disposal
Inspect pool, pumps, water features, fountains, etc.
Check thermostats
Inspect the exterior of your home for damage, stucco/paint issues, bird holes, etc.
Run all faucets to check for leaks and fill traps with water and keep sewer gases out of your home
Flush all toilets
Inspect landscaping
Inspect water softener
Cycle interior and exterior lighting
Optional services:
GoPro Walkthough footage of your home inspection (+$50)
Check your mail or receive deliveries
Water your interior plants
Manage and execute renovations and repairs
Start your cars
Take and send digital photos of your property
Arrange for cleaning
